HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Data Analyst, Fleet Operations. In this role, you will provide support to cross-functional teams responsible for delivering testing requirements.
We are seeking an individual with at least 2 years of prior relevant experience. You have a track record of managing complex cross-functional projects or facilities.
Ideally, you are able to drive communication within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines, aggressive goals, and a demanding work environment.
As a Data Analyst, Fleet Operations, You Will
Support project and program managers in managing multiple projects and programs in parallel.
Aid in the analysis, auditing, and management of data and metrics from various sources.
Construct daily reports to summarize testing results and highlight issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business management discipline or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in program management, project management, or project coordination
Excellent computer skills that include experience with Google Sheets
An ability to keep the big picture in focus and provide clear, well-structured, and concise communications tailored to each appropriate audience
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms)

Previous operational and/or technical event experience
Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop channels of communication while understanding and managing professional relationships
An inquisitive and open attitude to exploring new ideas and an eagerness to continuously learn and take on tough problems
Independent thinker capable of operating within ambiguously defined structures with an ability to deliver tangible results
Willingness to get involved with all aspects of the project you are supporting, inclusive of practical, tactical, and strategic
