We are seeking an experienced and versatile Digital Marketing Manager to join the team.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive and execute digital marketing strategies with a specific focus on (but not limited to) email marketing, webinars, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and conversion rate optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategy, including segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and analysis to drive engagement and nurture target accounts. Support marketing and other stakeholders with email marketing needs around events, product announcements, and more.

Webinars: Lead the planning, creation, and execution of a webinar series, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling content and drive audience participation and demand generation.

● 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically experience managing email marketing campaigns

● Experience using a MAP, Pardot experience preferred

● Google Analytics certification a plus

● Experience with ABM platforms a plus

● Ability to work steadily and discern prioritization in a fast-paced environment

● Adaptable and versatile, comfortable multi-tasking and context-switching across a variety of responsibilities and deliverables

● Results-driven with strong analytical skills

● Outstanding verbal and written communication skills is a must

Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate into implications and action

● Attention to detail and self-driven; knows what to do, and gets it done

● B2B marketing experience preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $85,000-90,000. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. This position is also eligible for additional quarterly bonus compensation through one of Skai’s highly attractive incentive plans, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
