JOB TYPE: Full-time; Weekends as needed. Day shift. Monday-Friday. MUST be a U.S. citizen.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle customer service inquiries and problems associated with the servicing of the company’s client base.
Answer all basic and routine customer contacts as well as more complex customer problems and/or complaints.
Utilize computer applications to provide professional service.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
High school diploma as a minimum.
Prefer college degree and above or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 1/+ years of Treasury and/or Wealth Management experience is preferred.
Experience working with ACH and Wire Transfer, related bank services, and applications with small business, commercial, and corporate customers.
Experience working in a branch, operations, customer service, or other commercial banking or wealth management areas is required.
Proactive, excels, and positively influences while working within a team.
Always ready willing and able to take on extra work and help others whenever needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
PAY RANGE: $12.00-$30.00 per hour
