What You’ll Be Doing:
As an IT Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our organization’s network infrastructure across multiple sites. Your responsibilities include:
Configuring and optimizing Cisco networking devices, such as routers, switches, and wireless controllers. Managing Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE), ensuring secure access and authentication
Overseeing network security through firewalls, implementing LAN/WAN solutions, and optimizing Quality of Service (QoS) parameters
Administration of various technologies, including DHCP, IP Address Management (IPAM), Umbrella, and WLAN components
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will integrate technologies like Active Directory, Citrix Netscalers, Azure AD, and Office 365.
Virtualization is a key aspect, and your proficiency with VMware and virtual servers will be essential for maintaining an efficient and scalable network infrastructure
Monitoring network performance is integral, and you’ll utilize tools such as Zabbix and Logic Monitor to ensure optimal functionality
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in configuring and maintaining Cisco networking equipment, including routers, switches, and WLAN components.
Expertise in Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE) for secure access and authentication
Proficiency in managing firewalls and implementing LAN/WAN solutions
In-depth knowledge of DHCP, IPAM, Umbrella, and Quality of Service (QoS).
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Citrix Netscalers, Azure AD, and Office 365 integration
Familiarity with virtualization technologies, including VMware and virtual servers.
Strong understanding of network monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Logic Monitor.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving technological landscapes
Must hold a full UK Driver's license (occasional site visits)
