PHP Agency LLC., "PHP," is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to join our Dallas-based HQ team.
PHP is a life insurance field marketing organization, founded in 2009 (https://www.phpagency.com). Our CEO is entrepreneur Patrick Bet David. PHP partners with leading insurance and annuity carriers to offer a comprehensive basket of insurance products to a diverse client base. PHP provides a part-time or fulltime opportunities to individuals pursuing careers as life insurance agent. Position Summary
The broad objective for Marketing Communications Manager is to be responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communications strategies for the company. This individual will oversee the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.
Essential/Primary Responsibilities: Including but not limited to
Marketing Plan: Create, maintain, and execute an approved company marketing plan that defines all marketing initiatives.
Company Product Marketing: Plan, create and post content for approved social media outlets including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Corporate Marketing (business presence): Plan, create and post content for business identity outlets including LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Glassdoor and Wikipedia.
YouTube Video: Engage video producers to ensure a calendar of content is established, approved, and executed (filming and editing) per the marketing plan.
Analysis and Reporting: Publish monthly reports to the C-Level executive team detailing effectiveness of marketing initiatives using digital statistics and measures.
Manage marketing communication methods such as email, direct mail, and advertising campaigns targeting existing and prospective patients to increase the new patient count.
Events: Support the corporate event staff as required in the planning and execution of major national conventions, regional meetings, and other company events (virtual and live). Support field staff with event identity, including application of company branding in all event communications (signage, printed materials, online and social media).
Provide excellent customer service with a “serve the agent” mentality.
Requirements And Skills
3 - 5 years of MARCOMM experience in a headquarters environment
Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent with an emphasis on marketing / business or related field
Exceptional problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial spirit and passion to promote the company and brand “as his/her own.”
Effective cross functional skills, both as a leader and a daily individual contributor, having the ability to think outside of the box and find creative and unorthodox program solutions.
A demonstrated track record in similar roles
Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written)
Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus but not required
Client-focused attitude and value the importance of relationships, professionalism, and trust
Great listening skills and unafraid to ask questions
Detail-oriented, organized and the ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
