Ann & Nate Levine Academy, a preschool through Grade 8 Jewish Day School in Dallas, TX, is now searching for qualified candidates for the position of Marketing Communications Manager.

Marketing Communications Manager at Ann & Nate Levine Academy is a member of the Advancement Team and reports to the Director of Advancement. This individual is responsible for ensuring that marketing and its messaging are in line with the school’s values and goals. The role focuses on growing enrollment and fundraising and promoting a positive culture among faculty, staff and school families through marketing and communications efforts. This coming year, the school is embarking on a 5-year strategic plan recently passed by the Board, implementation of new projects identified by our partnership with a marketing firm and the launch of a capital campaign. This role will be involved in all aspects of the implementation of the strategic plan and publicity of the capital campaign in partnership with the members of the advancement team.
Responsibilities:
Ongoing school communications and messaging (internal)
Ongoing school communications and marketing (external/community-wide)
Digital and Printed Admissions brochures, materials, and emails
Digital and Printed Fundraising brochures, materials, and emails
Digital and Printed Summer Camp brochures, materials, and emails
Creation of outreach materials and seeking new outreach opportunities
Creation of communication calendar and plans for the school year
Creation of systems, plans, and brand-aligned templates for school programs
Collaboration with all departments to ensure brand-alignment and successful implementation of marketing goals across the school
Tracking and communicating alumni accomplishments and updates
Coordination of social media publicity with advancement team
Creation, editing, and publicity of all school packets and materials
Photography, videography, and creation of graphics as needed in collaboration with outside graphic designers when needed
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (preferably in the area of Marketing/Communications)
5+ years previous work experience in marketing
Understanding of or experience working in the Jewish community preferred
Strong skills in teamwork
Strong leadership qualities
Deadline and detail-oriented
Big picture and strategically focused
This position is full-time, year-round, and on-site. This is not a remote position.
Work Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Evening and weekend events occasionally
Days off for all school holidays when the school is closed.
