**Summary:**
As an Electrical Engineering Manager in the Smart Glasses organization, you will lead a team in the design and execution of our next generation devices. **Required Skills:**
Manager, Electrical Engineering Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of Electrical Engineers responsible for consumer electronics product development to drive products from pre-prototype to production.
2. Identify key roles required for team success and recruit top engineering talent.
3. Manage a wide variety of stakeholders while leading process definition for your team.
4. Help incubate new technologies into research prototypes.
5. Perform architecture and design reviews to ensure hardware quality.
6. Work with cross-functional engineering managers and architects on hardware and software integration.
7. Champion of engineering rigor in phase gate development. Create specs and measurable metrics of success to deliver to these requirements.
8. Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 15%.
**Minimum Qualifications:**

9. BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
10. 7+ years as a hardware leader in a cross functional organization.
11. 10+ years of direct experience in electrical design of low power SOC based devices.
12. Experience working with offshore partners.
13. Communication experience, with experience working with Product Design engineers and other hardware/software cross-functional functions.

$204,000/year to $281,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
