+ Establish and Manage North American Development Hub

+ Create and manage an innovative development team in North America, positioning it as a key technology group.

+ Set goals, scope, and deliverables, and manage budgets and resources, to achieve business objectives.

+ Develop New Transparent Conductive Films and Initiate Potential Projects

+ Establish a development environment capable of handling new inquiries and drive project initiation by leading internal cross-functional teams.

+ Collaborate with Japan Development Team to Enhance Core Technologies

+ Develop core technologies in response to market trends and customer requirements, integrating them into the technology roadmap through close collaboration with the Japan-based development team.

**What You'll Bring:**

Education and Experience

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.

+ 10+ years of experience in technology development, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

+ Proven track record in establishing and managing development teams and facilities.

+ Extensive experience in the development of conductive films or related materials.

+ Familiarity with global customer interactions and managing cross-functional projects.

Competencies

+ Leadership: Strong ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

+ Project Management: Expertise in managing complex projects, from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

+ Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of conductive film technologies and their applications.

+ Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.

+ Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and market demands.

Communication

+ Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

+ Cross-Cultural Communication: Experience in working with international teams, particularly in bridging communication between North American and Japanese teams.

+ Customer Engagement: Ability to engage with global customers, understand their needs, and translate those into actionable development plans.

+ Documentation and Reporting: Skilled in preparing clear, concise, and comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation.
