Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for a General Manager at Panda Restaurant Group. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing the staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing profitability, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality. The General Manager will also be responsible for implementing company policies and procedures, hiring and training new employees, and promoting a positive work environment.
