Personnel Qualifications:
Working Team:
• Experience in IAM, including Okta in a multi-cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience in managing and securing various cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong understanding of security policy development, risk management and compliance frameworks (NIST 800.53)
• Experience in a security engineering/automation
• Experience with infrastructure as code and tools
• Knowledge of NIST 800.53
• Experience with the State of Missouri’s multi-cloud environments
The consultant must report to the OCS – Enterprise Cloud Security Manager, who will provide contract staff with sufficient knowledge to perform the work.
Consultants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and dress in a professional manner.
Performance Requirements:
Consultant must have experience maintaining and supporting processes and functionality like what exists in the Office of Cyber Security – Cloud Security today. The expectations of the contracted staff include:
a) Strengthen Identity and Access Management (IAM) in the State of Missouri’s AWS, GCP and Azure environments
b) Reduction in exposed cloud resources in the State of Missouri’s AWS, GCP and Azure environments
c) Communicating and working across the State of Missouri’s AWS, GCP and Azure environments
and teams
d) Develop and enforce security policies in the State of Missouri’s AWS, GCP and Azure environments
e) Enhance the State of Missouri’s AWS, GCP and Azure platform management
LIST OF DELIVERABLES:
• The consultant must conduct a comprehensive assessment of current IAM practices, security policies, and platform configuration
• The consultant must develop a detailed project plan with clear milestones and deliverables
• The consultant must rollout new IAM Solutions and integrate them with existing systems
• The consultant must draft and implement updated security policies and procedures
• The consultant must test the effectiveness of IAM solutions and security policies through audits and simulations
• The consultant must optimize platform configurations for enhanced security and performance
• The consultant must establish continuous monitoring processes and incident response protocols
• The consultant must review project outcomes and identify areas for ongoing improvement and updates.
• The consultant must develop a comprehensive IAM framework and implementation report
• The consultant must document security policies and enforcement procedures
• The consultant must create regular audit and compliance reports
• The consultant must perform continuous monitoring and incident response plans.
• The consultant must provide monthly status reports
