Vice President of Product (LLM) - Senior Leader

$180k - $220k basic + bonus

We are looking for a talented and experienced Vice President of Product (LLM) to drive the development of AI-driven products and solutions tailored to our clients' needs. This senior leadership role will have a strong focus on Language Model (LLM) technologies, market fit exploration, and establishing robust product management processes. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in both defining product strategy and leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for our Generative AI and LLM products and solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and customer needs, with a keen focus on market fit.
Work closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure timely and quality delivery of features.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and optimization.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, guiding strategic decision-making.
Conduct user interviews internally and externally to understand pain points and opportunities, driving product innovation.
Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps and documentation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams through agile development processes, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
Engage with customers and users to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Define and track key product performance metrics to evaluate success and guide future enhancements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
7-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech or AI-focused company.
Strong technical background, with expertise in Generative AI and LLM technologies.
Proven track record of managing successful products throughout their lifecycle.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.
