Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and directly manage multiple specialized and various functional teams (e.g. Application Development, Solutions Designers, Business Systems Analysts, Support, Technology Project Management etc).
Responsible for seamless management of ongoing infrastructure support /shared services, communicating the technology organization’s overall, book of work, and managing expectations for all stakeholders.
Acts as the single or primary point of engagement for overall planning and demand / partner management discussions with business leaders / technology partners and is involved in demand intake, capacity forecasting, project / system or platform lifecycle management, and technology delivery and/or service delivery relationship.
Manage cross -functional team of IT professionals to support assigned business clients / internal partners / stakeholder needs and requirements.
Responsible for project delivery for the set of application in their scope.
Establish day to day management direction and define priorities and strategies consistent with the business goals and aligned to overall direction from Technology Leadership team.
Develop impact assessments and manage assigned portfolio delivery schedule and periodically perform risk assessments to manage operational processes.
Monitor and manage Capacity Forecasting process compliance among Technology Project Managers and report on progress, status, and overall health of the portfolio and the individual applications.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely/accurate communication and resolution of issues.
Assist in the assessment of the scope and risk of projects; work with the client, project managers, and/or 3rd party vendors to ensure the development of broad project plans, budgets, and deliverables.
Skills and Experience Required:
8-10 years’ experience in E2E Delivery and management from technology perspective
Rigor in executing large and complex projects in a distributed systems technology ecosystem.
Project planning & Management, Product Owner Support, Process management & Improvement.
Prior experience with Agile/Scrum Methodologies
Driven and Proactive
Good communication and analytical skills
