As the office manager your responsibilities will include:

Office Management: Coordinate the overall operations and running of the corporate offices

Facilities requests and requirements with Building Manager/Landlord

Procurement of office and kitchen supplies

Greet and direct visitors and guests

Ensure overall office environment is maintained to the highest standards.

Responsible for organization and maintenance of all files

Coordinator for vendors, services, etc. working with Finance Manager and others

Provide administrative support to executive staff and other team members

Calendar coordination

Event & meeting coordination

Presentations, documentation, and other administrative support as needed
