Accounts Payable Specialist - Temp - 3 months - San Rafael - $30 - $38.46/hour
Immediate need for an experienced high-volume Accounts Payable Specialist to join a busy and dynamic team while being a part of an organization known for its good work in the community.
In this role, you will process high volume accounts payable including maintaining vendor accounts, processing invoices, obtaining approvals, generating check runs, posting to the GL and chart of accounts, expense reporting and analysis, and reconciliations. May assist with receivables, billing, and other related tasks.
Must have experience processing high volume A/P, and be able to hit the ground running. Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Schedule : Full time with flexible hours between 7:30am to 6:30pm.
Location : 100% onsite, with free parking, and within walking distance to SMART Train and buses.
Duration : 3 months, possibly longer
Attire : Casual environment, nice jeans are fine.
