Do you want to help Brand Owners build better brands while ensuring the best possible customer experience within the Amazon Store? Do you have the ability to use data and customer research to develop marketing content and create scalable solutions that help Brands stand out to Customers and build brand equity?

The Brand Marketing team is looking for an experienced Sr. Product Marketing leader who will own and execute the marketing vision on two critical Brand outcomes: overcoming cold start, and growing customer loyalty. Responsibilities include creation of mechanisms that enable scaled brand success across multiple channels, utilizing data and customer research to craft Brand facing content, translating long term page vision into a durable roadmap, partnership with development teams to create business requirements, and presenting progress back to senior leadership.

This leader will need to partner with internal stakeholders, including research, product, BI and development as well as external stakeholders within Amazon Ads and Seller Partner Services (SPS) to ensure alignment to deliver their vision.

Dive deep into data and customer research to uncover pain points that brands and customers face.

Develop the vision and roadmap for the Build Your Brand (BYB) marketing page in Seller Central.

Explore and propose opportunities to scale brand success communications and actions across internal channels.

Partner with development on creation of business requirements for new features and mechanism that help enable Brand Owners to build their brand within the Amazon Store.

Define and deliver key metrics and or goals, ensure on-time execution, and communicate status to senior leadership through regular business reviews.

Establish and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, identify and pursue collaboration opportunities across-org to ensure consistent CX.

Demonstrate strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a dynamic environment.

The Brand Experience (BX) organization creates, builds and leads innovation for Brand Owners in the Amazon store. Our growing portfolio of BX tools enable brands to grow their brand awareness, improve their consideration, increase their conversion, and build brand loyalty. We have a broad mix of experience, tenures, and roles within our organization. We strive to create an open environment that allows a diverse set of team members to expand on their strengths and grow in their opportunity areas in order to drive their longer term career success.

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
