Who Are You?
You have a proven track record of going from 0 to 1 in product development.
You have extensive experience in product management, including leading product teams.
You possess some technical experience or engineering familiarity, enabling you to effectively coordinate and contribute to product development and team management
You are a strategic thinker with the ability to creatively drive product vision.
You are user-centric, with a strong ability to conduct and apply product research to meet user needs.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the product development lifecycle
Coordinate with the development team, advisors, and contributors to build and enhance our product.
Oversee and scale the engineering team, ensuring alignment with product goals and timelines.
Conduct product research with users to gather insights and inform product decisions.
Develop and implement product strategies that align with our business objectives.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing, to ensure product success and market fit.
Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve.
Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and user-focused development.
Requirements
**MUST LOVE tinkering hands-on w/ technological solutions AND leading product management
Proven experience in leading product development from 0 to 1.
Strong background in product management with a history of successful product launches.
Technical experience or familiarity with engineering concepts and processes.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
