A Day in The Life

Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils

Set up a workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment

Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized Sicilian Butcher recipes

Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items

Safely utilizes a variety of utensils, including knives

Operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.

Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established Sicilian Butcher guidelines.

Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures

Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.

Adhere to Sicilian Butcher safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation.

Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
