Responsibilities The physical worksite for this position is located in Alexandria, Virginia.This position is telework eligible per agency and business unit discretion/policy. This position is located in the Office of the Chief Communications Officer (OCCO). The individual selected for this position will… Plan and coordinate working closely with the Website Editor in Chief and the Lead Product Owner for the Communications and Customer Experience IT portfolio. Plan improvements to the agency homepage and major landing pages to meet the robustly growing percentage of customer web visits each month. Provide website metrics to management and monitors effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of program efforts. Lead and/or participate in initiatives and activities designed to increase teamwork, skill building, and knowledge-sharing. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Education Education can not be substituted for experience for this position/grade level.
