WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Contribute to an excellent co-worker and customer experience by helping move projects forward with excellent communication, both verbal and in writing
Take inbound calls, respond to emails and text messages from customers and internal contacts in a timely fashion
Communicate specific client needs with internal teams as well as Management
Make outbound calls to existing customers to provide updates on their home improvement projects
Research and follow through on complex customer inquiries and issues
Communicate logistical changes and installation issues to homeowners
Collaborate with teams locally and in other locations to create solutions for homeowners
WHAT YOU BRING 5+ years of Customer Service Experience
Microsoft Office Suite experience is required. Must be able to create professional business correspondence in Word, organize tracking spreadsheets in Excel and use Outlook for communication and calendaring
Excellent job presence and punctuality
Attention to detail and efficiency
Problem-solving abilities
Modest or extensive construction background a plus but not required.
Ability to manage time and stress effectively
High school diploma
This position is an in-office role
