Description:
- Lead a team of Reconciliation Specialists and Compliance Coordinators, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure high-quality work products.
- Oversee the reconciliation of approximately 900 accounts received from brokerage feeds with employee records.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Oversee the collection of supporting documentation for approximately 450 Managed accounts that exist in the employee pre-trade system.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation for each account.
- Manage and resolve approximately 1,300 Employee Compliance cases, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular quality control reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance team productivity.
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for the reconciliation and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues related to account information, employee records, or documentation.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on reconciliation-related queries and issues.
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment by promoting open communication, recognizing achievements, and addressing concerns.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- STAR system experience.
- Prior experience conducting account reconciliation within compliance experience.
