It’s essential that you have prior experience in a trade operations position, number of years is pretty flexible. This is a quant trading firm that’s technology driven, so you’ll need to be a technologist at heart and along with having excellent problem solving and analytical ability, you’ll need to have some computational experience. Scripting with any kind of language, Python preferred, and experience with Linux, networking, cloud, SQL or anything else would be a huge plus.
Starting salary will be in the region of $200,000-250,000 plus a benefits package that includes performance related bonuses that could double your salary, full medical, dental and vison, plus a range of other perks and benefits that we can discuss when you apply.
