About this role:
Within Consumer Digital, the Mobile App Delivery team is looking for a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to lead efforts within Mobile Platforms. As part of this team, you will help drive the Digital transformation and will drive delivery of strategic projects and programs to meet the increasing demand and keep up with the changing needs of our customers.
In this role, you will:
Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives, which have impact across the enterprise.
Adhere to compliance & controls within an enterprise risk management framework.
Act as key participant in large-scale planning.
Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area.
Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements.
Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Required Qualifications, US:
7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
7+ years of combined Project Management, Program Management and/or Scrum Master experience.
Experience leading efforts that require integration of multiple technology systems, operations, or customer service processes.
Experience with Mobile and Digital platforms and products, growth and adoption activities within financial services or banking strongly preferred.
Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals.
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships at all levels.
Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to reach conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results.
Great analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS.
Knowledge and understanding of SDLC or PDLC delivering web & mobile products.
Agile management tools such as Jira, Jama, Confluence.
A BS/BA degree or higher.

Pay Range for Charlotte, North Carolina: $120,400 - $250,00 annually
Pay Range for San Francisco, California: $138,500 - $287,600 annually
Pay Range for Concord, California: $138,500 - $287,600 annually
Pay Range for San Leandro, California: $138,500 - $287,600 annually
Pay Range for Chandler, Arizona: $120,400 - $250,00 annually
May be considered for a discretionary bonus.
