We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join PepsiCo eComm Product and Design team. We are looking for a thought leader that is passionate about creating innovative product experiences for our customers. In this role, you will work on blue sky initiatives, in a start-up like environment where you will roll up your sleeves and work collaboratively with business owners, engineers, designers and other cross-functional partners to create impactful products.
This position reports directly to the Director of Product for PepsiCo eCommerce, collaborates closely with our engineering and product leads, and is based out of NYC or Bay Area locations.

Responsibilities Help refine and deliver the vision for our Digital Commerce management platform. You will manage the roadmap and run a transparent, outcome-driven lean product development process
Build an intimate knowledge of customer, business KPIs and technological capabilities to inform product decisions
Operate in a white space environment to ideate and conceive innovative features that generate high customer value, drive scale and deliver against business goals
Write user stories, manage product backlog, prioritize features, while balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders
Shepard products through development, testing and launch, advocating to achieve the best outcomes
Collaborate with several internal and external partners like Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Design and Vendor partners to define features and oversee execution to launch
Monitor product data and customer feedback post launch to refine features and iterate
Compensation & Benefits:
•The expected compensation range for this position is between $100,000 - $182,500 based on a full-time schedule•Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary•A business development incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance•Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement•In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree plus over 5 years' experience in product development. Prior experience in data dense environments preferred
Ability to build, position and drive a cohesive product Vision and Strategy
Experience with end-to-end product delivery and launching a product globally
Prior experience in developing API products preferred
Experience ideating and defining business features and user stories in Jira or a similar tool, prioritizing features based on business / customer value and feasibility, conducting product owner test validations
You will have the ability to mine through the data and help connect the dots to put together a data driven story and use data as a driver to make key business decisions
Previous experience in an Agile or Lean Product Development environment is a plus
Ability to navigate white space and think analytically to solve problems
Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple project priorities and drive flawless execution in a quickly changing environment
Excellent communication skills with ability to engage and influence partners and senior leaders
