Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a Senior Learning Solutions Specialist to join our Learning Solutions Team.

The Senior Learning Solution Specialist plays a pivotal role within the Learning team, contributing significantly to the development of comprehensive learning strategies tailored to client groups, with a primary emphasis on skills development. This role entails extensive collaboration with business units, Talent and Learning Leaders (TLLs), and various functions to identify skill development areas. The Senior Learning Specialist excels in learning consulting, particularly on complex problems within internal portfolios. They establish and nurture relationships, identify connections, and craft integrated learning solutions in close partnership with the full Talent Team. Moreover, they serve as essential learning partners to the Learning Operations team, providing refined guidance and support for operationalized learning solutions. The role can be based in most GHD office locations throughout the US, Canada, or Australia. GHD supports a hybrid work model.

In this diverse role you will:

* Identify, develop, and implement learning strategies for client groups, with a strong focus on skills development, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic initiatives.

* Provide expertise in learning consulting to address complex organizational challenges, integrating solutions within a cohesive learning system.

* Lead the adoption of workflow learning methodologies across the Learning Team, fostering continuous improvement in learning processes.

* Spearhead the development of a Skills-Based Organization, including capability models and profiles, to drive organizational growth and talent development.

* Engage consistently with stakeholders, including business units, TLLs, and functions, to identify and prioritize learning needs effectively.

* Collaborate with team members to triage learning needs, ensuring timely and strategic interventions to address them.

* Work with complex internal portfolios to identify synergies and create integrated learning solutions that align with organizational objectives.

* Collaborate closely with the Talent Team to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with broader talent development goals and organizational strategies.

* Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and understanding of learning needs.

* Serve as a liaison between business learning needs and learning solutions, fostering collaboration and cohesion within the learning environment.

What would you bring to the team?

* Related degree with 10+ years proven experience in learning consulting, with a focus on addressing complex learning challenges.

* Experience managing complex projects across stakeholder groups and integrated projects

* Excellent interpersonal, influence, and communication skills.

* Commercial awareness and acumen of professional services

* Experience with embedding and developing workflow learning methodologies

* Considered a subject matter expert in the field of adult learning and learning interventions

* Self-managing, proactive, and results driven work style

* Data-driven decision making to create business outcomes

The ability to establish and nurture relationships, identify connections, and craft integrated learning solutions in close partnership with the full Talent Team will be key to your success.
