Service Coordinator Preferred Experience :2-5 years experience in a window / door installation environment preferred but not required
General Responsibility: Interact with customer to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests to support all products that we install.
Service Coordinator Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Attend weekly level 10 production meetings
Provide pricing and delivery information
Process orders and requests
Ability to schedule re-measure appointments
Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
Process orders and pull parts and materials for upcoming service appointments
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
Record details of actions taken
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Follow up on customer interactions
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Time Requirement: 40 hours per week with potential for overtime, availability Monday thru Saturday – typically a 5 day work week with Saturday rotation
