Learning Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced online learning program manager to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge learning experiences with our IT community platform InsightJam.com in the fields of data, analytics, cybersecurity, ERP and artificial intelligence (AI).
The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a proven track record of creating innovative and engaging courses that cater to diverse learning styles. This role will involve developing content for various learning paths, including one-on-one live sessions, self-guided modules, and other formats.
Responsibilities:
Curriculum Design: Create comprehensive and up-to-date curricula that align with industry trends and best practices in data, analytics, and AI.
Course Development: Develop engaging course content, including presentations, videos, interactive exercises, assessments, and supplementary materials.
Delivery Methods: Facilitate one-on-one live sessions, design self-guided modules, and potentially explore other delivery formats to maximize learner engagement and knowledge retention.
Technology Integration: Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies to enhance the learning experience.
Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and implement assessment strategies to measure learner progress and course effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement: Gather learner feedback and analyze course data to identify areas for improvement and implement iterative enhancements.
Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of course content.
Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data, analytics, and AI to incorporate innovative teaching methods and tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in instructional design and online course development.
Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software.
Familiarity with accessibility standards for online learning.
Proven experience in creating and delivering data, analytics, or AI courses.
Demonstrated experience with various learning modalities (live instruction, self-guided, etc.).
Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and educational technologies.
Additional Desirable Qualifications:
Experience in corporate training or adult learning.
Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., data science, AI).
Knowledge of different programming languages used in data analysis and AI.
