Associate Director, Portfolio Strategy & Integration

The role of the Associate Director, of Portfolio Strategy & Integration, HCP, is to support the development and optimization of HCP experiences across the various franchises/indications of DUPIXENT. This individual will support the development and execution of different innovative solutions to advance our decision-making capabilities and improve the way we engage with customers throughout their adoption journey. Additionally, this role will drive organizational excellence by standardizing processes across the DUPIXENT portfolio and fostering alignment across diverse stakeholders. This role will engage with the Alliance cross-functional teams including HCP Marketing, Field team, Market Access, IT, Global and others to identify and execute various initiatives. The goal is to advance the development of our ecosystem, omnichannel capabilities and overall customer experience by improving our efforts against key pain points in their customer journeys. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation of company initiatives, employing adept change management strategies and fostering alignment across diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of audience data, be comfortable with challenging the status quo and has demonstrated success in implementing initiatives that required creating alignment and change management pull through.

RESPONSIBLITES

Collaborate with creative agency partners, brand & digital teams to integrate plans that support a consistent HCP franchise customer journey

Support development & delivery of initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders

Demonstrates strong business acumen across product, disease, markets & customer journeys including clear understanding of Franchise & indication strategies, objectives, campaigns & messages

Capable of managing multiple high priority projects at once

Able to set priorities, create organizational alignment & followership across multiple projects

Works across organization & with strategic partners to ensure alignment on overall roadmaps & project plans

Works to ensure initiatives are integrated into the Dupixent omnichannel system

Works across marketing teams, analytics & select partners to align on project KPIs & milestones

Works with cross-functional teams to assess eHealth & technology landscape to identify new capabilities

Works with internal cross-functional teams to develop digital health & service partnerships

Builds relationships with key leaders, experts & partners both internally & externally

Continuously evaluates existing digital health solutions & identifies areas for continuous improvement

Successfully implement company initiatives through adept change management and organizational alignment

Drive the transformation of the brand's Franchise go-to-market approach by identifying and implementing process improvements

Develop and implement efficient change management initiatives for the adoption of new strategies across the organization

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on Franchise strategies and ensure effective execution

Manage the implementation of new working methods and establish standards, systems, and best practices for change management processes

Ensure franchise governance through standardized processes, trainings, documentation, and on-going monitoring/evaluation

Lead multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and set priorities for organizational alignment

Work across the organization and with strategic partners to ensure alignment on overall project workstreams

Continuously evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide clear direction to agencies and internal partners

Demonstrate strong project and workstream leadership, communication, and presentation skills

Actively participate as a self-starter, challenging the status quo, and implementing first-in-market/company initiatives

Foster relationships for cross-functional collaboration, remove silos, and lead upskilling efforts for effective implementation of new ways of working

Implement efficient change management initiatives ensuring seamless adoption of innovative strategies

Provide clear direction to agencies and internal partners for channel mix selection and customer experience planning

Work in a matrixed environment and successfully partner with cross functional teams, including indication teams and agency partners

Experience working with CRM data systems (e.g. Veeva, Salesforce, Merkle)

High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment with many cross-functional partners

Self-starter, proactive in nature, and actively participates

Be a franchise champion

Leads development & delivery of portfolio initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders

Position Requirements

Education:

Undergraduate: BA/BS in applicable discipline

Experience Required:

5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry

Strategic planning

Building cross functional consensus

Brand marketing

Omnichannel marketing and customer experience planning/enablement

Embedding omnichannel marketing strategy into BU brand strategies for new and existing commercial products

Functional Skills/Business Experience:

Understanding of omnichannel customer experience strategies

Strong planning and organization skills

Understanding of marketing channels and the key benefits that each achieve at driving enhanced customer relationships

Understanding of regulations involved with marketing pharmaceutical products

Additional Skills:

Willing to reach out to others to gain new insight into their work, and connect beyond their immediate role to ensure a broader picture of the work in their function and across the teams

Connects with others to ensure that plans are aligned and to unlock any conflicting priorities

Viewed as a knowledgeable resource by customers and stakeholders
