Job Description

Agile Decision Sciences, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Records Clerk, Junior level, to support our nationwide contract to provide the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) with library and records management services.

Utilization of a records management system (database) for search, retrieval, and data entry

Applying records retention schedules to files for the purposes of retention, archiving and disposition, and preparation and review of file plans.

Respond to customer inquiries, participate in records organization projects

Provide basic records training, and assists with records imaging.

Assist colleagues with preparing and shipping large batches of records to off-site storage, maintains daily activity statistics, and produces monthly activity reports.

High school diploma; BA/BS is a plus.

Three years records management experience, including filing paper and electronic records, entering data into records management systems, preparing records for disposition or retiring, and usage of records retention schedules.

Customer service skills, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail required.

Experience with MS Office.

Ability to work independently and on teams, to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, to prioritize and manage multiple on-going projects, to quickly adapt to change, and to meet deadlines.

Physical requirements include full range of arm motion, including lifting above the head, ability to bend, stoop and kneel, ability to routinely lift and carry 40 lbs. in weight, to push or pull 200 lbs. on carts, to push or pull 1200 lbs. via pallet jack, ability to use step ladders to reach materials on upper shelves.

US Citizenship or US Permanent Resident status in order to pass a government sponsored background investigation.
