**You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:** ** **
+ Help establish a world class maintenance team.
+ Must obey all safety rules including LOTO, PPE requirements, and fall protection.
+ Troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment in the distribution center.
+ Willingness to work extended or different hours if/when needed as well as answer calls after hours to keep areas operating efficiently.
+ Provide support for all departments in the distribution center to help keep each area productive.
+ Develop and maintain complete P.M. schedule on all equipment.
+ Escort, monitor, and aid outside contractors to ensure all safety and building rules are maintained.
+ Perform building repairs and other duties as required such as light plumbing, painting, and running occasional maintenance related errands.
**The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:**
+ Requires education equivalent to four years of high school.
+ 2-4 years of professional work experience in a production environment.
+ Results-focused, takes ownership of team success.
+ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Able to problem-solve quickly and execute solutions effectively.
+ Requires development mindset and always willing to learn and be coached.
**Physical and Weightlifting Demands:**
+ Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of tools and boxes.
+ Standing for long periods of time, as well as repetitive motion.
+ Operate manual pallet jacks (Operation of other equipment is a plus!).
+ Able to work in various temperature conditions.
+ Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 70lbs.
