**Job Description:**
The DC Lead is responsible for directing and coaching employees
+ Identify team goals and evaluate team progress
+ Develop team strengths and improve weaknesses
+ Responsible for training internal employees and temporary staff per quality, safety, performance, and customer specifications.
+ Drives safety culture and compliance
+ Organize team meetings, topics of discussion and progress toward the goal.
+ Facilitates shift start-up meetings
+ Mentoring team members for DC1 opportunities
+ Responsible for setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goals
+ Oversees the functionality of the team by providing guidance and instruction
+ Responsible for distributing information to team members and stakeholders
+ Responsible for keeping track of and structuring various tasks, employees and documents
+ Responsible for determining the goals the team will work toward
+ Responsible for overseeing all activities within the team
+ Responsible for deciding how to approach tasks and develop a plan to accomplish them
