We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Quality Control Inspector. The selected candidate will have a strong background in quality control processes, including first article inspection, SAP or basic computer skills, and experience with in-coming, raw materials, in-process, and final inspection. The role also involves creating Nonconformance Material Reports (NMR) and controlling rejected materials.
Key Responsibilities Perform first article inspection to ensure products meet specified standards.
Conduct in-coming, raw materials, in-process, and final inspections.
Utilize SAP for data entry and reporting.
Create NMR’s for defective products.
Control and manage rejected materials to prevent re-entry into production.
Document and report inspection results accurately and promptly.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
