**Sr. Credit Specialist**

**Position Summary**

The Sr. Credit Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our credit department. This position will provide credit review and risk analysis on new deal approval. This is a key position and we are looking for a team player that can handle a multitude of duties/responsibilities, support cross-functional teams, and assist with special projects.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Manages and administers a large pipeline of credit reviews in a fast-paced high demand environment.

+ Performs credit checks and reviews applications.

+ Provide the final credit approval on signed contract documents.

+ Responsible for ensuring electronic credit documentation accurately reflects the conditions of approval.

+ Resolve all credit application issues.

+ Work directly with customers, partners, and internal teams; providing updates and fielding questions.

**Requirements (Education, Experience, Certifications, and other skills)**

+ Minimum two years of credit review, accounts receivable, collections, or customer service experience required.

+ Excellent communicator with ability to effectively and appropriately interface with a variety of individuals or groups on a frequent basis.

+ Process-minded with the ability to problem solve, catch patterns and give advice on troubleshooting.

+ Bachelor’s degree required or 3-5 years equivalent experience.

+ Advanced Excel skills and an ability to work on complex issues.

+ The ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines is necessary.

+ Highly organized, self-disciplined and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn.

+ Knowledge of FICO credit scoring, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), and the Fair Credit and Reporting Act (FCRA) is preferred.

+ Call center experience preferred.

+ Salesforce experience preferred.

+ Power BI, Tableau or other reporting experience preferred but not required.

**Work Details**

Remote in any state Sunrun operates

4 - 10 hour shifts

Wed- Sat (4, 10 hour shifts)

**Physical Demands**

Ability to perform normal office duties

Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determine accuracy of work

Ability to interact and participate in meetings

_Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:_

$20.36 to $27.15

_Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards.
