Responsibilities Provide a leadership role in the implementation of evaluations, research projects such as literature reviews, evidence scans, policy analysis, cost-benefit analyses, impact evaluation, meta-analyses, evaluability or feasibility assessments, equity assessments, needs assessments, and/or surveys or other studies.

Develop rigorous evaluation and research designs, questions, and hypotheses to study complex, systemic problems in a labor-related context.

Qualifications A minimum of a master's degree;

A minimum of 10 years of experience performing complex social science research or evaluation studies, preferably related to employment programs career pathways;

A minimum of three (3) years of experience serving as a Principal Investigator or co-Principal Investigator;

Experience with quasi-experimental studies and qualitative research designs;

Experience with a range of research designs and methods including random assignment and/or quasi-experimental studies and in designing and implementing studies using large existing administrative data sets;

Experience with a range of statistical models and analytical methods for coding, analyzing, and synthesizing large amounts of data;

Experience designing and implementing studies.
