As a Regional Manager, youwill lead a team of branches that are focused on delivering an outstandingcustomer experience by representing our brand by promise of treating everycustomer like they were our only customer. You will be responsible for yourregional team’s execution of achieving performance goals as outlined in theRetail Incentive Plan. You will also be responsible for developing your team’sskill set in an ever-changing banking landscape. You will create a team that is collaborativeand that understands the importance of working with internal business partnersto provide a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Result Areas:
Motivate,support and coach team to ensure they provide outstanding customerexperience. Ensure that your team can confidently recommend all ourdigital solutions, so our customers have the resources to bank at theirconvenience.
Drivesmall business growth through partnership with Small Business Team Leaderand coaching managers on overall business skill set.
A strategicthinker that identifies market trends and closely monitors competition.
Abilityto adapt quickly and lead your team effectively during change.
Use, embrace andleverage insights from data to understand trends, opportunities, andrisks. Maximize the use of evolving technology in support of decisionmaking and adding value to CSB and in support of solving customer needs.
Work with yourmanagement team to ensure consistent team skill building through monthly1-1 sessions and providing appropriate training opportunities.
Create anoperationally strong environment in your branches, ensuring adherence topolicies and procedures and risk, compliance audit expectations.
Foster arespectful work environment and further a culture of inclusion by buildingconnections using the tools of listening, compassion and understanding.
Build strongpartnerships with all internal and external business partners.
Adhere to a codeof ethics and high standards of personal behavior.
Actively engage with the community and encouragevolunteerism.
Work on variousprojects as needed.
Qualifications:
7+ years Branch Management experience or equivalent retailmanagement.
10+ years proven experience in sales, service, and operations.
Proven ability to lead and motivate to attain results, workindependently, take accountability for actions, and make quick,high-quality decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the abilityto interact with diverse groups, relay information to team members, stakeholders. While fostering a positive work environment.
Strong coaching and relationship building skills.
Proficient conflict management and problem-solving skills toefficiently address customer complaints, operational challenges, andemployee matters.
