Planning and coordinating the selling of engineering services (IoT, Digital Engineering, Device Engineering, Quality Engineering and ASIC Engineering) across verticals in assigned geography.
Responsible for profit and loss responsibility along with meeting sales targets within the assigned region.
Establish strong, long-term relationships and referrals with VP and CXO-level executives at targeted firms;
Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities, including client communication, onsite presentations, proposal creation and submission, negotiation and deal-signing;
Scale existing accounts using creative mining skills while proactively identifying roadblocks and obstacles to increasing business;
Create business risk and contingency planning for existing business;
Analyze consumer needs and develop innovative solutions, as well as leverage technology offerings;
Use automation tools to track progress and report goals;
Learn specific industry sectors and future roadmap;
Facilitate monthly, QBRs, and half-yearly executive reviews;
Develop and continuously evolve an A/C growth plans and strategies;
Handle contractual agreements, engagement models, financing/invoicing, sourcing and DSO;
Conduct revenue forecasting and tracking against targets and goals;
Develop and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
