What You'll Do: Case and Calendar Management : One of the most important aspects of this role, oversee case-related calendar and collections communications, ensuring meticulous organization and timely follow-ups.
Client Journey Management : Take charge of the client journey from intake to case closure, focusing on creating a positive experience during the crucial first 100 days and beyond.
Team Leadership : Work closely under the supervision of James Luster, contributing to the team's efforts in managing cases effectively.
Process Improvement : Play a key role in improving our client-facing processes, focusing on enhancing client communication and overall experience.
Client Communication : Manage all client-facing written communication, ensuring clarity, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction.
System Organization : Maintain and organize system files for the firm, ensuring efficient access and management of case information.
KPIs:
Client Communication:
30 day minimal outreach requirement to all clients
24-hour timeline to respond to client queries
Completing exit/closing procedure:
Providing all clients with the appropriate case closure packet information
Exit interviews completed with all clients immediately following disposition of the case
Additional :
Managing the case-related calendar
Handling collections communications
What We're Looking For: Balancing the critical combination of client-centric attention to detail but also administrative attention to detail - not sacrificing one for the other
A critical thinker who can solve complex problems.
Written communication skill is paramount and extraordinarily high in this role.
1 - 2 years client engagement experience (of course, actual case manager in a legal setting would be great, but certainly not preferred).
Empathy, integrity, and professionalism in client interactions, with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Salary : We are committed to offering competitive compensation that aligns with the expertise and experience our candidates bring to the table. For the role of Case Manager, the salary range is $43,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications."
