Sr. Learning Program Manager*REMOTE*

The Learning Program Manager for the Certification Services Team is CDK Global’s learning brand ambassador and trusted advisor to business leaders and customer stakeholders. Through your leadership, you will collaboratively develop a learning roadmap and maintain a portfolio of customer learning solutions for CDK products. You will work closely with our learning development and delivery teams to ensure learning solutions are targeted, timely, and support critical business performance outcomes. You will be a self-starter with a passion for growing people through learning. You will have a bias for action and the ability to balance the need to move quickly with the need for quality.
Position Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Define, refine, and adhere to Learning Development standards
Build strong strategic business relationships to Identify business priorities and initiatives.
Conducts organizational, program and role level needs analysis to determine business priorities and performance outcomes
Develop, communicate, and maintain curriculum for portfolio of CDK products
Continually measure and improve effectiveness of programs and strategies
Works with the Learning Technology team to identify, gather and report on key learning analytics
Works with learning development and delivery teams to lead role-based and skills-based learning path design initiatives and strategies
Lead cross-functional teams in the establishment, planning and implementation of multiple projects and/or programs.
Continually measure and improve effectiveness of learning solutions
Work closely with Learning Services leadership to communicate and align on project scope and support resource efforts
Partners with Learning Services functional leaders to discuss impactful feedback regularly and proactively from learning audience and stakeholders and identify appropriate interventions, as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum
Experience developing strategic enablement programs for an enterprise audience
Minimum 5 years of prior experience in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development experience required
Ability to interact with all levels within the organization, particularly with senior and executive leadership
Executive presence and effective presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to build effective working relationships, including excellent communication skills, cross-cultural skills, and ability to address conflict proactively and productively
Strong bias for action, decision making and ability to work independently
Strong Project Management skills
Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to travel as needed (10%)
Positive, proactive, and able to always exercise great judgment
Preferred:
Knowledge of dealership operations and the automotive industry
Experience with CDK products
PMP or CPLP certification
Experience in metrics and measurement
Experience in change management
Education/Experience
Minimum:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 10 years’ experience
Preferred:
Master’s Degree in Learning Development
Salary Range - $95,000 - $105,000
