Job Description:
Deskside role troubleshooting of hardware and software images, Win98 a plus, IMAC tasks, no on-call.
Desktop Support experience (Windows 10 and Office 365).
Experience min 2 years of related work, or degree, or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Solid experience and understanding of IT services and product Enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edge
Personable Relatable and responsible when interacting with ALL customers
A+ certification is a plus
