The Griffin Groupe is searching for talented sales professionals to join the team of our client company in the freight industry. Our client company provides freight forwarding and logistics solutions. Our client is working with a large network of partners (carriers, inland operators, etc.) to develop customized solutions for its customers. Our client is in Dallas, Texas with its office located in the Las Colinas district.

Our client is a five-year-old company with an ambitious growth target and plans to develop its network with an increased sales force and partner network. The intent is to develop representatives that can originate and manage new and potentially existing accounts growing and managing a book of accounts with uncapped commission potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES Advise your customer and propose custom-made services according to their requirements. You participate in the elaboration of the sales offer and discuss with the customer the terms and conditions of our Terms of Service.

Maintain existing customer relations as well as expand our customer base with new ones, whilst always keeping your customer portfolio up to date.

Visit existing and potential customers to understand their needs and built with the operational team a customized solution that perfectly fits with customers' requirements.

Negotiate the prices according to the pricing policy of our group. You ensure the follow-up of the sale until the payment, and you may need to take part in the commercial management and settlement of claims and litigations.

Closely work with the customer service team to develop supply chain solutions

Monitor the progress of the shipment until destination.
