Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Job Description Job Description We are a rapidly growing, vertically focused independent retail insurance agency based out of Dallas. We’re seeking experienced Commercial Insurance Account Managers specializing in Auto Dealership Insurance Coverage. We are a Dallas based, fast paced and growing national program. This position will evaluate submissions, communicate with producers and markets, and support the quote-to-bind-to-policy issuance process as well as the after sale service needs of the agency and our customers. Professional and timely communication is very important. The position works closely with Producers to provide best in class service to our agents
Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 yearly
Responsibilities: Assist clients in understanding their policies/coverages and determine their individual needs
Communicates with existing clients to ensure quality service is being delivered
Responds to client requests and questions within ability/knowledge
Gather and analyze exposure and loss information
Assist in preparing proposals, graphs, and service plans for clients
Assist/support Account Executives in the marketing process, including preparation of all necessary applications and data
Through the submission process, help the Producer meet and exceed client expectations by clearly defining and managing client coverage goals, priorities, and overall expectations
Qualifications: 1+ years of commercial lines insurance industry account management experience
Property Casualty License
Proficient in Excel and Word
Experience with Contractor and Construction accounts preferred
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
High level of organization skills and detail oriented
