The position works closely with Producers to provide best in class service to our agents Responsibilities: • Assist clients in understanding their policies/coverages and determine their individual needs • Communicates with existing clients to ensure quality service is being delivered • Responds to client requests and questions within ability/knowledge • Gather and analyze exposure and loss information • Assist in preparing proposals, graphs, and service plans for clients • Assist/support Account Executives in the marketing process, including preparation of all necessary applications and data • Through the submission process, help the Producer meet and exceed client expectations by clearly defining and managing client coverage goals, priorities, and overall expectations Qualifications: • 1+ years of commercial lines insurance industry account management experience • Property Casualty License • Proficient in Excel and Word • Experience with Contractor and Construction accounts preferred • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills • High level of organization skills and detail oriented Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 yearly
