Job Description
A prominent manufacturing company is looking for a highly organized, team-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to the inside sales department. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for growth.
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Location: Rosenberg TX, 77471
Type of Position : Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for the customer service/inside sales department.
High volume data entry with extreme accuracy.
Maintains clean, organized data in MS Excel.
Occasional shift on the office phones.
Requirements: Work 8 - 5 Monday - Friday
Must be efficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Ability to learn and manage company's ERP program
Ability to speak and write English clearly and effectively; Spanish is a plus
Manage challenging or emotional customer situations professionally
Must be reliable and able to commute to Rosenberg, TX 77471
