Who We Are: Join the Signal & Embedded Technologies team, which focuses on developing software solutions for signal processing capabilities on mobile platforms for intelligence and surveillance applications.
Objectives of this Role: Apply passions and interests to the execution of complex research and development, design, and programs in support of defense and intelligence applications.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team of engineers and software developers to solve challenging signal processing problems.
Serve the team by developing next generation solutions and advancing in development, integration, and troubleshooting skills.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities: Develop innovative solutions for automatic interception and geolocation of communication and electronic signals, to include the application of machine learning techniques.
Design, develop, test, maintain, and deploy software capabilities for applications in specialized radio communication, radiolocation, and electronic warfare programs.
Apply principles and knowledge of programming languages to develop software solutions.
Assist with research objectives and efforts focused on developing enabling technologies that can be deployed to meet customer needs.
Interact directly with project team, project management, and technical customers to fully understand the task objectives and opportunities.
Opportunities for international travel to government facilities/military bases or other customer facilities for system installations and to provide technical support.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering with interest in signal processing, wireless communications, or machine learning.
0-3 years: Required experience in computer engineering. Proficiency with Linux, Python, and C/C++ required. Relevant internship or industry experience is preferred.
0-3 years: Interest in signal processing, wireless communications, RF applications, or machine learning is a plus.
A valid/clear driver's license is required.
Special Requirements: Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen.
