ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manages the maintenance of the ALEC website, intranet and social media channels
Manages ALEC's digital channels while staying updated on latest marketing technology and social media platforms
Develops and manages digital marketing initiatives, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, implementing projects and maintaining and communicating results to management
Develops and implements Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC) strategies
Creates and manages link building strategies, content marketing strategies and social media presences
Continually evaluates new web technologies and digital marketing trends; recommend and implement new technologies where appropriate and develop campaigns in support of these new technologies
Forecasts marketing campaign growth and ROI for digital marketing campaigns
Uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag manager and other relevant tools to assist in driving new membership and loan acquisition
Drives ongoing engagement reporting for email and social media campaigns
Acts as a liaison with third-party technology companies to monitor current platform and to evaluate new offerings
QUALIFICATIONS: Education Required: Associate Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Business, or equivalent work experience
Education Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Business, or equivalent work experience
Experience Required: Two (2) years of experience in a digital marketing role
Experience Preferred: Three (3) years of experience in a financial institution in a digital marketing role
Starting pay: $55,000 annually
