Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, development, and implementation of all marketing strategies and marketing communications to achieve IPC Publishing Group's, I-Connect007, annual business plan goals and objectives. This is the key marketing role is responsible for expanding I-Connect007 readership and increasing sales through direct marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Develop annual integrated digital marketing plan to increase the number of My I-Connect007 subscribers.
Increase readership, open rates, and engagement of newsletters through the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
Manage subscriber lists and distribution of magazines and newsletters, analyze and segment reader profiles to drive industry interaction with publications.
Manage and distribute all newsletters. Responsible for coordinating content, building newsletters, working with production team on graphics and on-time distribution of newsletters to subscriber lists.
Develop and manage "You've been published!" program, reaching out to all content contributors to promote posting content on their social media platforms.
Manage Social Media Channels: Create and execute a social media content strategy and calendar to support I-Connect007 publications. Cross-promote content on partner social media platforms.
Create and maintain social media following, around thought leadership topics.
Create paid campaigns when applicable.
Develop dashboards of metrics to monitor performance of marketing campaigns, e.g., newsletter open rates, subscriptions, e-book downloads, etc. Provide ongoing ROI reporting on key marketing campaigns and activities to evaluate overall program success and impact.
Work with sales team to develop specific, targeted marketing materials to attract new customers and close sales. This includes media kit content, special event promotions, house ads, and strategic content development.
Increase e-book registrations through the development of specific campaigns to targeted market segments.
Manage third party vendors as needed to meet budget and performance expectations.
Occasional travel for industry events and meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing/digital marketing is highly preferred.
3+ years of B2B marketing experience or related is required. Must have a deep understanding of marketing.
Electronics industry, agency and association experience a plus.
Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing successful sales lead generation campaigns, building a social media following and running digital marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, B2B Social Media Platforms.
Ability to work remotely on a full-time basis.
Some domestic travel is required, approximately 10% of the time.
