Our client, a financial services firm, is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join their company in the downtown Chicago area. In this position, you will be in charge of the day-to-day operations within the office and working within a growing international Office Services team!
Responsibilities
Complete maintenance checklists and respond to employee requests and concerns
Keep records of tasks, processes, complaints, and other duties
Facilitate seating for internal moves, long-term visitors, and new hires
Maintain floor plans as well as information with SharePoint and their internal CRM
Schedule and provide escort for onsite vendors along with logging and managing vendor COIs
About You:
Bachelor's degree required
1+ year of experience in facilities/office services
Must be customer service-oriented with strong written and verbal skills
A "no task is too small attitude" and willingness to roll up your sleeves wherever needed
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with a CRM is a plus
