Job Summary
As Vice President of In Field Operations, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of our company owned schools and support for our franchised locations. You will provide strategic direction, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence across all locations. You will work closely with the Executive Leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that achieve financial targets, improve customer satisfaction, and drive employee engagement and retention.

Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives and deliver results.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.
Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, pricing optimization, and new product development.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve business goals.
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams across all swim school locations.
Manage budgets and financial performance for the Eastern region, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Qualifications Proven track record of achieving financial targets, improving customer satisfaction, and driving employee engagement and retention.
Experience overseeing a region of 20+ unites (e.g., schools, stores, restaurants)
Abstract and critical strategic thinking
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the service or youth industry.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Knowledge of service and youth industry is preferred.
Passion and experience with swim school is a plus.
