What will you do?
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define and prioritize user requirements. Work with internal and external clients to articulate and act on business needs
Work with agile software development teams to deliver new features and enhancements
Demonstrate software changes to stakeholders, solicit their feedback, and work with the development team to make improvements
Participate in software validation by authoring user acceptance test cases and facilitating test events
Translate client business questions into proposed analysis plans and use cases, seeking input from colleagues when appropriate, and confirming client buy-in before proceeding.
Coordinate analysis with Third Parties as needed
Respond to inquiries and follow up on data validations
Provide recommendations based on analyzed data to solve a variety of business problems and enable business strategy.
Understanding and interpreting the clinical trial protocols
Contributing towards continual improvement of clinical data maintenance through collaboration with data scientists and data management teams.
What do you have?
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
preferred 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
Experience with reporting applications, such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
Average understanding of query languages
Accustomed to being held accountable for user satisfaction
Team-player with a team-first attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management skills
Strong relationship building; enjoys collaborating with others
Ability to lead small group projects
Research and learn how the products/services fit into customer processes cross functionally and contribute to business performance.
Ability to be a self-starter; able to work with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
Agile software development experience
Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment such as the Pharma, Biotech, healthcare or CRO industries
Ability to use query languages, such as SQL/PLSQL
Understanding of how to use project management software tools (Lucid Charts, Wrike, Jira)
