Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support our United States Coast Guard client.
Day to Day Responsibilities include:
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports.
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
10 years of experience, may have supervisory or lead experience
Must be an US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Technical background with previous experience leading technical or teams or leading Enterprise-wide technical programs with multiple stakeholders and client engagement.
Experience in complex technical project management and solution implementation with proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation.
Project management experience involving cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies and constraints.
Must have worked in a customer service driven, government environment.
Experience leading both traditional project methodology and Agile lead projects.
Experience utilizing Agile/Scrum tools, MS Project, SharePoint, Excel and other Microsoft applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP Certification, Sigma Six, Scrum, or Agile certification

Target Salary Range $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
