A Territory Business Manager (TBM) will be responsible for all sales activities and execution of marketing strategies within their defined geography. Their focus will be on key urology accounts and relevant institutions including hospitals and specialty pharmacies. This multifaceted role requires individuals who thrive in the clinical, operational, and administrative aspects of account management, making it ideal for driven sales professionals seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity.
TBMs are required to understand the unique market opportunities of their geography including reimbursement, health care delivery models, transitions of care and patient pathways. They will be charged with the delivery of sales results in their area and the development of detailed business plans to ensure the execution of marketing strategy.

Responsibilities
Direct customer facing interaction and execution of brand & sales strategy to demonstrate clinical product value and educate on appropriate utilization
Use of knowledge and expertise of local market trends, institutions, and key customers to maximize results at the territory level
High level of collaboration with matrix team members to establish and improve territory performance
Partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Strong use of internal resources and data analysis to create territory business plans that drive results
Identifying opportunities to build organizational efficiency and process improvements to positively impact business
Responsible for understanding the opportunities unique to the geography
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field
Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry experience
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
Ability to travel: 80% within assigned territory
20% overnights and/or weekend events (as needed)
Consistent track record of performance
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Resourceful, creative, enthusiastic, and results-oriented
Valid driver's license required
Preferred Qualifications 2+ years hospital or large account experience
2+ years Uro-oncology, Oncology, Rare Disease, Medical Device experience
Experience with Buy & Bill products
